## Description

Abstract Jiu Jitsu Club (AJC & Acro of Kingwood) is a martial arts and fitness studio in Houston, Texas, focused on teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, acrobatics, and tumbling. Its instructors bring more than eight years of local and national BJJ competition experience, along with backgrounds in gymnastics, tumbling, and fitness. The studio’s approach emphasizes a lasting, engaging practice that supports skill development, fitness, and confidence.

Programs are available for adults and children. Adult Jiu-Jitsu classes include both gi and no-gi training, with monthly curricula that break down positions and techniques. Kids’ classes combine practical self-defense with fitness, focus, and sound decision-making. Small-group acrobatics classes help students develop body awareness, control, creativity, and new skills; evaluations are required for these classes. Private lessons are also available upon request.

The facility includes dedicated Jiu-Jitsu mats, an acrobatics floor, workout equipment, showers, and a lounge area. Classes run on weekday mornings and evenings, with additional kids’ and acrobatics schedules.
