## Description

Alpiner Club Höhenfried (AC-Höhenfried) is a Munich-based sports and recreation association with a long tradition in competitive skiing. The club welcomes people of different ages and interests, from downhill skiers and cross-country skiers to ski-tourers, and combines sporting activity with opportunities to socialise throughout the year.

Its winter programme includes alpine ski races and race training for children, cross-country skiing, ski touring and high-altitude tours. In summer, members can take part in hiking, climbing and high-altitude outings, as well as family-oriented leisure activities for children. Year-round conditioning sessions help participants stay fit for the ski season, while social events such as summer barbecues and gatherings at the clubhouse give members time to connect beyond training and competition.

The club also shares information about membership, events, club rules, teamwear and hut bookings through its website, alongside news and a newsletter. AC-Höhenfried is supported by the City of Munich and is based at Bürgermeister-Müller-Straße 4 in Puchheim.
