Academia Showa is a fitness and swimming school with more than three decades of experience serving São Paulo’s South Zone. Originally focused on teaching and developing aquatic skills, it has expanded its offering to support health, wellbeing, and active living across different ages and ability levels. Its swimming program uses a long-established teaching method, with students grouped by age and learning stage to enable personalized instruction and progress.
