## Description

Acalur is a story-driven universe built around the preservation and continuation of Aelyria, a collaborative world whose history spans 37 years. The project brings together the people, characters, and stories shaped across earlier eras of the world, from its beginnings on the PRODIGY network in 1989 through its years on the web. Its Codex preserves the original record, including nearly two million posts, more than 123,000 threads, and the names of 66,847 participants.

Acalur presents this history as the foundation of a larger fictional cosmos. Beyond Aelyria lies Telath, a civilization whose worlds and past are being revealed through the Imperial Orrery. The site introduces these settings through proclamations, lore, and planned unveilings, with the Gates scheduled to open in November 2026. Former Aelyria participants are invited to return, reclaim their names, and enter the next chapter. Acalur’s offering is an evolving narrative world grounded in a carefully restored community archive and the stories its members created together.
