ACCAP Senior Programs, part of the Anoka County Community Action Program, is dedicated to supporting seniors in Anoka County, Minnesota. Our goal is to ensure that seniors can live independently and receive the love and care they deserve. With a focus on fostering a connection with the community, we offer a range of services to meet the needs of seniors.

Our programs include Chores & More, providing assistance with everyday tasks, and Senior Kinship, offering companionship and support. We also provide information and resources through our Senior Information Line and Senior Outreach initiatives.
