## Description

Accessible Allies is an Adelaide-based registered NDIS provider offering specialist Behaviour Support and practical supports to help participants build independence at home and in the community. Founded and led by Behaviour Support Practitioner and CEO Shazia Munir, the organisation describes its approach as person-centred, inclusive and guided by each participant’s goals and choices. It aims to match people with support workers they feel comfortable with and provide consistent, familiar faces.

Its registered services include practitioner-led positive Behaviour Support, Early Childhood Support, household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation, and travel and transport assistance. Participants can also access support to develop life skills, take part in community activities, manage life-stage transitions, and with personal activities and daily tasks. Additional options include shared support arrangements, innovative community participation, and structured centre-based activities.

Accessible Allies supports NDIS participants with self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed plans. Support can be arranged during the day, evenings, weekends or overnight, depending on individual needs.
