## Description

Accounting Innovators is a brand dedicated to empowering accounting professionals to unlock their potential as innovators and game-changers. They believe that accountants and bookkeepers have the skills and opportunities to make a positive impact on the lives of employees and clients, as well as the local, state, and national economies. However, Accounting Innovators also recognizes the challenges that the accounting industry faces, such as the gender pay gap, technological changes, carbon emissions reduction, and lack of female leaders. They aim to solve these problems by providing a safe place for professionals to connect and share information and resources, making accounting an attractive career option for younger generations, supporting industry bodies and networks, raising awareness of industry issues, and inspiring others to take action. Founded by Sonia Gibson, a strong female leader in the accounting sector, and Karen Moloney, a digital marketing strategist, Accounting Innovators is driven by values of equity, respect, solution-focused mindset, simplicity, collaboration, and self-care. Join their community and be part of the movement to transform the accounting industry.
