## Description

ACE Active Supports provides personalised, one-to-one active support for people with physical and intellectual disabilities. Its services are designed to help participants build confidence, develop skills and work towards individual health and wellbeing goals through enjoyable, engaging sessions. Support can focus on becoming more active in general or improving ability and confidence in a chosen sport, with activities planned around each participant’s needs and aims.

The organisation serves people of all abilities aged 5 to 18 and older, and offers sessions Monday to Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Its one-to-one approach is intended to encourage greater engagement and provide focused support. ACE Active Supports works with both Self Managed and Plan Managed NDIS clients, and services may be funded through Core or Capacity Building funding.

Sessions are delivered by experienced, professional coaches. ACE Active Supports aims to make participation inclusive and positive, helping each person pursue their goals in a supportive setting. The organisation can be contacted by email or phone to enquire about its services.
