## Description

ACE MMA Elite Training Centre is a martial arts and fitness training facility in South Shields, offering classes for beginners through to professional athletes. Its programs are led by a coaching team with regional, British, European and world-level achievements in mixed martial arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. New members can try a free seven-day trial before deciding whether to join.

The centre offers kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and mixed martial arts (MMA). Kickboxing classes develop striking skills, technique, power, fitness and timing through pad work, light-contact drills and controlled sparring. BJJ classes teach participants to control opponents and apply submissions, with both Gi and No-Gi training available. MMA combines striking, takedowns, wrestling, grappling and submissions.

ACE Academy provides children’s programs for ages four to sixteen, built around learning through play, skill development, fitness and enjoyment. Tiny Titans, for ages four to seven, combines kickboxing and BJJ, while Junior Titans, for ages eight to thirteen, has separate kickboxing and BJJ classes.
