Our team of experienced lawyers represents coal miners and their families on issues of black lung and mine safety. We fight for their rights and ensure they receive the support they deserve. Additionally, we collaborate with grassroots groups and individuals to protect the land and people from the misuse and degradation caused by extractive industries.
