## Description

À Compétence Égale is an association that brings recruiters and employment professionals together to combat discrimination and promote diversity in recruitment and career development. Its work focuses on equal treatment throughout the professional journey, from hiring to workplace management, and on sharing practical knowledge and good practices.

The association provides training for recruiters, human resources professionals and managers, including courses on recruiting without discrimination, inclusive management, and preventing sexual harassment and sexist conduct. Training is available in formats such as in-person sessions, online classes, e-learning and virtual reality. It also offers audits and tailored educational initiatives to help organizations adopt more inclusive practices.

Its resources include practical guides, studies, webinars and tools such as Diversichat’, an AI-powered chatbot about workplace inclusion, Le Déclicheur, which explores stereotypes, and L’Analyseur, which checks job advertisements and role descriptions. For job seekers, the association provides guidance and group workshops on presenting a CV, using professional networks and preparing for interviews.
