## Description

ACRE Investment Management is a natural asset company that uses nature-based solutions to restore ecosystems and strengthen rural economies. Its approach combines environmental restoration, carbon projects, and investment in natural capital, with work beginning in the southeastern United States and extending globally. The company reports more than 170,000 acres under management, 7.8 million verified carbon-removal tonnes, over 2,700 nutrient bank credits, and six million oysters planted.

ACRE operates a portfolio of platforms focused on land, water, and air. GreenTrees reforests private land in the Mississippi Alluvial Valley, while Forest Green supports longleaf pine restoration in the Carolina Piedmont. The Oyster Carbon Company works to restore oyster reefs in the Chesapeake Bay. Conservation+ helps landowners realize value from ecological assets through voluntary and compliance environmental markets, including nutrient banking. Big River operates an Eastern Cottonwood nursery, producing cuttings for restoration projects.

Through these businesses, ACRE aims to make conservation economically valuable, expand opportunities for rural communities, and support benefits such as habitat, cleaner water, and public revenues.
