## Description

**Brand Description**

A Creative Being is a vibrant crochet blog dedicated to inspiring creative and colorful individuals. Founded to celebrate the art of crochet, the blog pays homage to the legacy of Marinke Slump, a talented blogger who used crochet as a form of therapy in her battle with depression. Following her untimely passing, the community came together to honor her by continuing her designs, particularly the emotionally resonant "Crochet-a-long" (CAL) project.

A Creative Being offers an array of crocheting patterns and kits, including basic and luxury options, crafted from high-quality yarns like Colour Crafter and Merino Soft. Each kit is available in captivating colorways and includes a donation to mental health charities in Marinke's memory. With over 35,000 participants across Facebook groups, the brand fosters a sense of community and support, utilizing crocheting as a therapeutic outlet for many. Join the journey of creativity and healing through the art of crochet.
