Sessions welcome beginners and advanced participants from age six, with groups for children and adults. The school also teaches general acrobatics from age four, developing strength, flexibility, jumping ability, agility, endurance and coordination. Classes support physical fitness and children’s development while encouraging courage, creativity, confidence, consistency and perseverance. Scheduled sessions include beginner, intermediate, advanced and performance groups.
