## Description

ACT Guide is a Dutch provider of training and digital tools that help healthcare professionals and organisations apply Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in their work. Its offerings combine professional development with practical support for client care, including an extensive programme of courses, in-company training and an e-health platform.

Training options include introductory and advanced ACT courses, sessions on working with groups, specialist masterclasses and IBCT couples therapy. Courses are offered online and at locations in the Netherlands, with in-company programmes tailored to a team’s needs and experience. ACT Guide also provides an app for professionals, featuring e-health and e-learning resources. Its programmes include hundreds of exercises for use with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depressive symptoms, stress and burnout. A free ACT Guide self-help app is also available.

The brand’s website offers books and learning resources about ACT, alongside information on events, accreditation and the ACT method. Gijs Jansen, a co-owner of PsychFlex and author of books for self-help and professional learning, is associated with the organisation and teaches some of its courses.
