Available on iOS, Android and the web, it helps farmers identify crop diseases and pests by photographing affected plants, with a visual diagnosis and tailored recommendations in about 30 seconds. Its AgroSage assistant offers ongoing agronomic guidance by text or voice, informed by location and local weather, in Arabic, Moroccan Darija, French, English and Spanish.

Beyond diagnosis, actaDiag supports farm operations in one platform. Users can organize farms, plots and production units; record treatments and diagnoses; share access with team members by role; and monitor weather, disease risks and harvest dates. Treatment doses and pre-harvest intervals are calculated using regulatory phytosanitary references, with unknown information clearly flagged. Diagnosis records can be exported as PDFs for sharing.

The service is free to start, with paid credit packs and an annual option. Credits do not expire on most plans, and the platform includes integrated agricultural weather, configurable record retention and privacy-focused data handling.
