That's why you should train at Actic. As one of Sweden's leading gym chains, we have been dedicated to fitness for over 40 years. We have a wide range of inspiring training at 110 gyms and 50 pools from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south.

With us, you will meet friendly and knowledgeable staff and work out in fresh facilities. You can do group training both indoors and outdoors, and of course, you are also welcome to swim and enjoy the pool. We offer 280 online classes in the Actic app, a 4-week digital training start with a coach, generous opening hours, and the ability to customize your membership.
