Action Inc. With over 50 years of experience, we are committed to empowering individuals and building a stronger, more productive community. We offer a wide range of services to support Cape Ann residents.

Our community services include public benefits support, short-term mortgage and rental assistance, as well as housing services such as affordable housing, supportive housing, and emergency shelter. We also provide energy services, including fuel assistance and energy efficiency programs. Additionally, we offer education and training opportunities, such as adult basic education, the COMPASS youth program, and job training.

At Action Inc., we believe in making a positive impact in our community. Last year alone, we helped 357 households maintain stable housing, assisted 3,130 individuals through our fuel assistance program, and improved energy efficiency and safety in 439 homes. We also provided workforce training and job readiness skills to 28 individuals.
