## Description

Action Water Gardens is a trusted brand that specializes in creating stunning and functional water gardens and features. With a dedicated team of experts, they are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and sharing their extensive knowledge of water gardens and the products used in them. Mark Dr. Pond Sousa, the owner of Action Water Gardens, has over ten years of experience in installing water gardens and features. He has traveled across the United States for training classes, seminars, and pond builds, becoming a Certified Aquascape Contractor through Aquascape, Inc. Mark is involved in every aspect of the business, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction. Shannon, the store manager and crew leader, is passionate about maintaining the perfect balance in your backyard ecosystem. Alongside her role in project coordination, she excels at solving any challenges that may arise in the field. And when she's not working, Shannon enjoys spending time with her fiancé and playing in her band. Cindy Milewski, the office manager, efficiently manages accounts and ensures smooth operations. With her degree in Business Administration, Cindy expertly balances the needs of customers, vendors, and employees. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time on the water, whether it's boating or kayaking. Although the team sadly lost Adam Riendeau, their store manager, in January 2021, his dedication to excellent customer service and vast knowledge of fish, plants, and store operations will always be remembered. Whether you're looking for consultations, installations, maintenance, or other services related to water gardens and features, Action Water Gardens is your go-to destination in Connecticut. From April to October, they serve customers throughout the state, and Mark is available year-round for consultations and support. Trust Action Water Gardens to bring your water garden dreams to life while providing outstanding service and expertise.
