## Description

Active Underwriting Ltd. With over two decades of experience in the Israeli financial market, Active Underwriting is founded and managed by Omer Levy, the company's CEO. Active Underwriting oversees the entire underwriting process, from drafting the prospectus to constructing the fundraising structure, preparing marketing materials, managing roadshows, and conducting the investor tender and allocation process. Our skilled team is known for their creative thinking and has executed unique transactions in the Israeli financial market in recent years, such as forming dedicated companies and raising debt in multiple layers. Additionally, our team maintains continuous contact with investment managers at all levels in financial institutions. At Active Underwriting, we prioritize providing personalized service to our clients, being fully accessible, and enjoying the journey as much as the outcome. We are regulated by the Israeli Securities Authority and have a well-structured active board, including independent and experienced directors. Active Underwriting's parent company, Active Capital, is a leading investment bank in Israel, handling dozens of transactions annually. Our offices, designed by architect Orly Sharom, can be contacted at 03-6886620 or hitum@activeu.co.il.
