## Description

Acton Institute is an ecumenical and nonprofit research organization that promotes the benefits of free enterprise to religious communities, business people, students, and educators. With an international scope, Acton manages a robust publishing and events outreach that argues for a moral foundation to the market economy. The Institute works across various faith traditions including Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. They aim to promote a free and virtuous society characterized by individual liberty and sustained by religious principles. Acton produces diverse publications, including editorials, journals, and newsletters, to inform and educate readers about the relationship between individual liberty and religious principles. They also host engaging conferences, lectures, and roundtables featuring speakers and experts in economics, theology, and philosophy. Additionally, Acton conducts research in various disciplines to clarify the foundations of a free, humane, and virtuous society. By demonstrating the compatibility of faith, liberty, and free economic activity, Acton seeks to shape a society that is secure, free, and virtuous.
