## Description

The National Axial Spondyloarthritis Society (NASS) is a dedicated charity committed to raising awareness and providing support for individuals living with axial spondyloarthritis (axial SpA), including ankylosing spondylitis (AS). This progressive inflammatory condition primarily affects the spine, leading to chronic back pain and stiffness that can significantly impact daily life. NASS offers an array of resources, including educational guides on managing symptoms, medication options, and the importance of exercise for better health outcomes.

Members can access personalized support through forums, local events, and a comprehensive database of information tailored to the needs of those living with axial SpA. Additionally, NASS actively engages in research and advocacy work to improve healthcare services and promote quality management standards for patients. Whether you are newly diagnosed or a long-time sufferer, NASS is here to help you navigate the challenges of this condition and foster a supportive community.
