## Description

The Actuarial Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing math education and financial literacy. With the support and resources of actuaries, they aim to empower the public and promote a secure financial future. The foundation offers a wide range of programs and resources for teachers, students, and parents.

For students, they provide free math education programs such as tutoring through the Math Motivators program. They also offer competitions like the Modeling the Future Challenge, which allows high school students to engage in real-world mathematical analysis and have the chance to win college scholarships.

The Actuarial Foundation's Scholarship Program, known as STEM Stars Actuarial Scholars Program, provides a scholarship of $20,000 to high school seniors, along with mentoring, tutoring, and exposure to internships and job shadowing opportunities.

Through their extensive programs and resources, The Actuarial Foundation aims to bridge the gap in math education and financial literacy, empowering individuals to make informed decisions and cultivate the next generation of math-skilled thinkers.
