## Description

Adamas Fight Club is a combat-sports and fitness gym located at Centrum Babylon in Liberec, Czech Republic. It welcomes children and adults, from beginners to advanced students, and aims to help members build skills, strength, fitness, and confidence. The club emphasizes discipline, endurance, and patience, whether members are preparing to compete or simply seeking to feel better physically and mentally.

Its training includes Muay Thai, boxing, circuit workouts, and gym sessions, with classes for children as well as adults. The club also offers women’s fitness and individually arranged private lessons. Training takes place throughout the week, except Saturdays, with sessions designed for different ages and experience levels.

Adamas is led by coach Petro Nakonechnyi, a Ukrainian Muay Thai fighter with national and international titles, including an amateur European championship and professional K-1 titles. The gym reports five years of operation, around 40 competitions and 1,404 training sessions annually. Visitors can find it at Nitranská 415/1, beside the main entrance to Centrum Babylon.
