## Description

Adaptive Wellbeing is an inclusive fitness and wellbeing provider based in Belmont, Perth, supporting children and adults living with disability. Founded by experienced Muay Thai coach Jay Twomey, a former WA State Champion, the organisation combines adaptive fitness, boxing-inspired movement, wellbeing support and community activities to help participants build confidence, resilience, physical and mental wellbeing, independence and social connection.

Programs are tailored to each person’s abilities, interests, support needs and goals. Adaptive fitness sessions include personalised movement, strength and conditioning activities that can support coordination, mobility and healthy routines. Inclusive boxing and Muay Thai-inspired training is adapted to promote fitness, focus and confidence in a safe, encouraging setting. Wellbeing support uses positive coaching, movement and routine to encourage motivation and emotional wellbeing, while community activities offer opportunities for participation and belonging.

Participants can choose individual or group sessions, with the pace and communication style adjusted to suit them. Families, carers and support coordinators are welcome to discuss suitability.
