# Addix - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `addix.fi` ## Description ADDIX® is a Finnish coaching and education brand focused on recovery from sugar addiction, compulsive eating, binge eating, emotional eating, and persistent preoccupation with food. Founded by Hannamari Rahkonen, who shares her own recovery experience, the brand offers a practical, holistic approach that goes beyond diets and weight-loss plans. Its ADDIX® care model brings together physical abstinence from trigger foods, behavior change, stress management, peer support, emotional regulation, and healthy boundaries. The program helps clients recognize personal triggers and high-risk situations, manage cravings, and develop sustainable routines one day at a time. Services include a three-month ADDIX® program, a four-week sugar-detox coaching course, a SUGAR® assessment, and a free introductory consultation. ADDIX® also provides articles and educational resources about sugar addiction and recovery, client stories, a downloadable guide to overcoming food cravings, videos, and sugar-free, ketogenic, and low-carbohydrate recipes. The brand emphasizes individualized self-care and lasting tools to support a more balanced life, where food and dieting no longer dominate everyday thoughts. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Addictions _(under Health)_ - ⛑ Nutrition Diets and Fitness _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/addix.fi) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/addix.fi) - [youtube](https://youtube.com/channel/UCfyJ6OgOohfu_lOjLYGC_yw) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idFTviv5uD/w/40/h/40/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792735956772) - icon _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idFTviv5uD/w/1079/h/1079/theme/dark/icon.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792735957006) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Pewter | #9fb2a5 | accent | | Black Pearl | #09213b | dark | | Picton Blue | #63bcee | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
