## Description

AddSpice is a Belgian HR and business consultancy led by Veerle Van den Bosch, an experienced professional in human resources and business operations. The brand helps companies, public organisations, teams and individuals develop their potential through practical, forward-looking advice and coaching. Its approach combines analytical insight with action, connecting operational knowledge and strategic vision to identify strengths, obstacles and opportunities.

AddSpice offers tailored projects in inclusive job redesign, helping organisations adapt roles to attract people with diverse talents. It supports the development of participative organisational structures, including clear agreements on responsibilities and ways of working, and designs and implements reintegration policies for public authorities. Other services include coaching newly formed, cross-organisational teams, recruitment advice through the Access Lab to reduce barriers and reach a wider range of candidates, and the keynote “Time to Change the Winning Team,” which links labour-market challenges with inclusion. AddSpice describes its work as hands-on, solution-focused and socially conscious, aiming to help organisations build more effective ways of working and create workplaces where people and work fit better together.
