## Description

The Adelheid Windmöller-Stiftung is a charitable foundation established in April 2015 and based in Lengerich, Westphalia. Founded by Adelheid Windmöller, it promotes education, with particular emphasis on learning and professional development for school pupils, trainees, students and adults. The foundation supports initiatives created by others and also develops and runs its own projects, often working closely with the organisations it funds. Its regional focus is the Tecklenburger Land area, and many of its current activities encourage interest in mathematics, information technology, science and technology (MINT).

Its programmes include PhänomexX mobil, an interactive computer-science learning project for primary schools, and MoRoTeck, which lends robots to educational institutions to introduce young people to robotics and technical careers. The foundation also funds a science exploration kit for primary schools and offers annual awards for outstanding school MINT projects and for top graduates of the W&H Academy. Through these grants, learning resources and prizes, the foundation seeks to improve educational opportunities, support young talent and raise awareness of regional training and career paths.
