ADHD Women’s Wellbeing is the work of Kate Moryoussef, an ADHD lifestyle and wellbeing coach, EFT practitioner, author and podcast host. Drawing on her own ADHD diagnosis at 40, Kate supports women who are curious about ADHD or diagnosed later in life, helping them move through self-doubt, burnout, overthinking and emotional overwhelm toward greater self-understanding, self-compassion and balance.
