## Description

Adial Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company focused on developing treatments for addiction and other conditions. Its work combines scientific research with targeted approaches to medicine, aiming to address unmet needs in patient care. Following its acquisition of Azora Therapeutics, Adial’s pipeline includes two development programs. AD04 is a genetically targeted serotonin-3 receptor antagonist being advanced through a new Phase 3 clinical trial program for Alcohol Use Disorder in patients with certain target genotypes. The program reflects the company’s focus on identifying patients who may be suited to a specific treatment approach. AT177 is a novel, colon-targeted aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) agonist in development for ulcerative colitis. Together, these candidates extend Adial’s work beyond addiction treatment into inflammatory disease. The company shares corporate, financial, and development updates with investors through its website, including news, SEC filings, financial results, and presentations. Adial Pharmaceuticals is headquartered in Glen Allen, Virginia, and trades on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol ADIL.
