## Description

AdminProject is a project management platform built for the specific needs of EU-funded and European projects. It provides an online workspace where teams and partners can coordinate activities, share information and keep essential documentation together. The platform supports collaboration across locations while helping organisations manage everyday workflows and prepare documentation for National Agency reports.

Its tools include centralised file management with versioning, discussion threads connected to project work, and task delegation with assigned responsibilities and priorities. Teams can plan and track projects using features such as Gantt charts, financial tools and collaboration planners. The site also describes evaluation capabilities, including questionnaires and data export, alongside tools for reporting, dissemination and monitoring project progress.

AdminProject is offered through monthly Standard, Business and Premium plans, with different project limits and storage allowances. All plans include unlimited users, SSL security and daily backups. Users can create a free account and access a 30-day trial to test all available features. The company also provides a user guide, frequently asked questions and customer support.
