Adoption Choice Inc. (ACI) is a private, non-profit licensed adoption agency serving the entire state of Wisconsin. With over 35 years of experience, ACI is dedicated to building families and creating new relationships through adoption.

Our mission is to ensure the best possible outcome for the child by providing compassionate and loving support to both birth parents and adoptive parents. ACI offers a range of services to assist adoptive parents in their pursuit of creating or expanding their families. Our knowledgeable adoption counselors will guide you through every phase of the adoption process, from choosing the type of adoption to finalization.

We believe that families come in all different forms, and we welcome married couples, LGBT couples, and single individuals. We do not discriminate based on age, race, religion, gender, income, sexual orientation, or marital status. Additionally, ACI provides adoption grants to eligible adoptive families, offering reduced home study fees based on household income.
