During the challenging times of the 2020 pandemic, Joshua hosted free online workouts three times a week for 15 weeks, aiming to bring positivity and light to everyone. At present, Adrenaline Junkies TT offers online workout programs that cater to various fitness levels. Joshua's workout routines include bodyweight and resistance band exercises, allowing participants to progress at their own pace.
