Named after Adriaan Mollen, regarded as the country’s last professional falconer, the association aims to preserve knowledge and practice of falconry and contribute actively to the protection and conservation of birds of prey. Its website presents falconry as both a historic tradition and a living pursuit, sharing information about its origins, cultural history and place in Dutch heritage. The association also explains the route to becoming a licensed falconer under Dutch requirements. These include having a suitable field for hunting and earning the hunting certificate for hunting with one or more birds of prey through the training pathway established by Stichting Jachtexamens Nederland, which includes theory and practical components. Alongside information about its history and traditions, the organization shares news and publications, explains falconry practice and provides guidance for aspiring falconers. Its namesake, Adriaan Mollen, served King Willem III and the Loo Hawking Club from 1841 to 1855. ## Industries - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Hunting and Shooting _(under Sports)_ - 🎸 Camping Scouting and Outdoors _(under Hobbies and Leisure)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id4GhaVwPH/w/160/h/168/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792956277143) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Bay of Many | #204d74 | accent | | Cod Gray | #171717 | dark | | Seagull | #7db9e8 | light | ## Fonts - Open Sans — asset _(google)_ - Shadows Into Light — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
