## Description

Adrian Emery is an Australian philosopher, author and mentor based in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales. Classically trained in philosophy, he explores how people understand themselves, find their direction and live with greater ease and purpose. His work is guided by the belief that life is a gift and that people can learn to enjoy life and be successful.

Adrian offers one-to-one mentorship sessions in person at his Blue Mountains retreat or online via Zoom, with formats tailored to individual needs. The retreat, rusticspirit, is a boutique woodland sanctuary near Wollemi National Park and also serves as a setting for in-person sessions.

As an author, Emery created The Temple of Understanding, a three-part inquiry into changing assumptions about life. Its volumes include Personal Sovereignty and Tao Tuning, which considers the art of flow and inner direction. Visitors can also access his free e-book, The 7 Principles of Flow, and take an interactive self-inquiry quiz.
