## Description

AdVAM (Asociación de Voluntarios Animalistas de Montcada i Reixac) is a dedicated non-profit organization established in 2011, with a mission to protect and care for animals, particularly focusing on stray cats in Montcada i Reixac. Currently, the association oversees the well-being of over 200 cats, employing the CES (capture, sterilization, and release) method to manage colonies throughout the region.

AdVAM’s efforts include providing food and veterinary care, regularly organizing food collection drives to support these colonies. They also facilitate the rescue and adoption of kittens and abandoned cats, promoting responsible pet ownership through monthly sterilization campaigns to control the population.

With a vibrant community of volunteers, AdVAM offers various ways to get involved, from adopting cats to participating in fundraising initiatives. Their commitment to animal welfare is reflected in their active adoption program, where potential pet owners can find loving companions. Through education, outreach, and a compassionate approach, AdVAM is a vital player in the protection and care of animals in their community.
