## Description

AEDGrant.com is a U.S.-focused program that helps individuals, businesses, schools, and public and private organizations make automated external defibrillators (AEDs) more affordable. Since 1993, the organization has worked to expand access to these lifesaving devices through its corporate-sponsored AED Buy Down Grant program, which provides funding toward eligible AED purchases. Applicants can apply online, by email, or by mail; the site says approval is usually received within one to three weeks.

AEDGrant.com offers a range of AED packages from participating manufacturers, including Philips, Stryker, Physio-Control, Defibtech, Cardiac Science, HeartSine, and Zoll. Its catalog includes models such as the Philips OnSite and FRx, LIFEPAK CR2, Defibtech Lifeline and G5, and HeartSine Samaritan PAD 350P. The program also helps recipients access discounts on AED accessories and parts, including wall cabinets. In partnership with American CPR Training, AEDGrant.com offers discounted CPR and AED training for grant recipients. Its stated goal is to help place AEDs in homes, workplaces, and public spaces.
