AEGEEHeidelberg is part of the Association des États Généraux des Étudiants de l’Europe, the largest European students' network, with over 200 antennas spread throughout Europe. Supported by the EU commission, AEGEE has an advisory role at the European Parliament and the UNO, is a member of the European youth forum, and collaborates on international projects with UNESCO. Their motto United in diversity! reflects their commitment to European unity and embracing the continent's multiculturalism.

AEGEEHeidelberg offers a variety of activities and services at both the local and European levels. Locally, they organize events for students and Erasmus students in Heidelberg, including thematic discussions, trips to other German and European cities, parties, and even survival trainings. They also host a Language Café every other Wednesday during the semester to help students enhance their language skills.

On a European level, AEGEEHeidelberg interacts with other antennas to promote the idea of a borderless Europe. One of their central activities is the Summer Universities, where students from different antennas gather to discuss European issues while enjoying their summer vacation in various European locations at an affordable cost. AEGEEHeidelberg members can also participate in other European events such as network meetings, anniversaries of other antennas, the general assembly (Agora), and more.
