## Description

AEGIS Global is a Canadian-engineered energy company developing secure power systems for defence, critical infrastructure and demanding industrial environments. Its solutions serve Arctic communities and operations, military installations, ports, utilities, mining, oil and gas, telecommunications, and AI data centres, in both grid-connected and off-grid settings.

The company’s offerings include battery energy storage systems (BESS), hybrid microgrids, intelligent energy management systems, and quantum-secure architectures. AEGIS also develops integrated platforms combining battery storage with small and micro modular reactor systems, working with Ontario Tech University on nuclear-integrated energy storage and secure controls. Its systems are designed for challenging deployments, including Arctic conditions, and are engineered to relevant safety, grid-interconnection, cybersecurity, ingress-protection and transport standards.

Products and services address needs such as resilient backup power, peak-demand management, mobile storage for mining, port electrification and power support, and hyperscale data-centre energy requirements. Through its partnership with Malahat Energy Systems, AEGIS also delivers Indigenous-led critical infrastructure projects across Canada. The company is listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker QESS.
