At AEPA, we offer a range of services, including personnel selection and training for flight crew and air traffic controllers. We also provide instruction in Crew Resource Management (CRM) and offer courses for instructors and CRM facilitators. Our experts are involved in incident and accident prevention and investigation, as well as licensing for aviation personnel. Furthermore, we focus on passenger and worker safety within the aviation sector and offer crisis intervention in the event of traumatic incidents. Our team also provides guidance and assistance to flight personnel, managers, and aviation authorities on any psychological aspect related to aviation. AEPA aims to foster knowledge exchange, promote safety, cooperate with various institutions, and support research in the field of aviation psychology. Whether you are in the military or civil aviation, airports, airlines, flight schools, or universities, we recognize and value the contributions of psychologists in these areas. To achieve our goals, we have established collaborations with public and private institutions, official councils, and national and international associations, particularly in the Ibero-American region.
