## Description

The Australian Electric Vehicle Association (AEVA) Ltd is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organization committed to accelerating the transition of Australia's transport network to electric vehicles (EVs). Established in the wake of the 1973 oil crises, AEVA is the world’s longest-running EV society, fostering a community passionate about electromobility and sustainable transport solutions. The organization provides valuable resources, including jargon-free advice on EV selection, information on EV charging etiquette, and a guide addressing common myths about electric vehicles. AEVA is also active in promoting EV use through workshops, events, and a range of member benefits. They advocate for favorable policies by engaging with government and industry to enhance the adoption of electric drive technologies. With branches across Australia, AEVA is dedicated to raising awareness and facilitating research and development in EV technology. Whether you're an EV enthusiast or just curious about electric mobility, AEVA offers a welcoming platform and expert guidance for all stakeholders in the sustainable transport landscape.
