Founded in 2001 by parents seeking to improve their children’s quality of life, the association works to promote inclusion and provide appropriate social support. Based at the Edifício do Beiral, it welcomes young people with disabilities through its Centre for Activities and Inclusion Capacity Building (CACI), supporting the development and strengthening of participants’ abilities. Its social responses also include a residential home, alongside projects designed to support its community. AFACIDASE places importance on the needs of families as well as those of the people it serves. The organisation also shares information about its activities, governance, partnerships, quality practices and annual plans and reports. Its website features a confectionery section, as well as news and ways to support the association. AFACIDASE is registered as a local-scope organisation for people with disabilities and has operated as a social solidarity association since 2002. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/afacidase) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idB9236XKA/w/183/h/65/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790841542745) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idB9236XKA/w/1665/h/1666/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790841543025) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Punch | #dd4b39 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Open Sans — asset _(google)_ - var(--sc-font-family) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
