## Description

AFHE Homeschool is a reputable brand established in 1983, dedicated to serving the needs and protecting the rights of homeschooling families in Arizona. As a non-profit educational, religious, and charitable corporation, AFHE is run by a Christian board of directors who strive to inspire, promote, preserve, and support parents who choose a home-based education for their children. AFHE offers various products and services to fulfill its mission. They host the Annual Arizona Home Education Convention, providing a platform for homeschooling parents to connect and gather valuable resources. AFHE also supports Arizona homeschool group leaders through their Leadership Conference and organizes a senior high graduate recognition ceremony. Furthermore, AFHE awards scholarships to homeschool graduates for post-secondary education. With a commitment to advocacy, AFHE educates the public on the merits of parent-directed, privately funded home education and monitors legislation that may affect parental rights. They maintain a robust website, communicate through email and social media, and participate in activities to share information about homeschooling. Guided by their statement of faith and Christian perspective, AFHE believes that parents have the responsibility and God-given right to educate their children at home. They operate independently and do not act as a substitute for homeschool support groups, correspondence schools, curriculum providers, or membership with HSLDA (Home School Legal Defense Association). By joining AFHE, you become a part of a thriving community of Arizona homeschool families, gaining access to their resources and member benefits. Join or renew your membership today and experience the support and inspiration that AFHE provides.
