Agence Foncière Rurale

Agence Foncière Rurale (AFOR) is an independent agency established by Decree No. 2016-590 on August 3, 2016, with the aim of providing comprehensive solutions for rural land management in Côte d'Ivoire. As an execution agency, AFOR possesses financial autonomy, assets, and independent management capabilities.

AFOR offers a range of services and programs to support rural land security and development. These include the delimitation of village territories, issuance of land certificates, consolidation of granted rights, and contractualization of land titles. AFOR also implements various projects such as the Rural Land Support Program (PAFR), the Rural Land Policy Improvement and Implementation Project (PAMOFOR), and the Support Project for Agricultural Sectors Strengthening in Côte d'Ivoire (PARFACI).

These initiatives aim to promote sustainable agricultural practices, social inclusion, and rural cohesion.
