Africa Centre is a charitable and non-profit organization that has been working towards the integration and inclusion of the African diaspora in Ireland since 2000. They aim to empower the community and give them a voice in Irish society, while also informing development policies in both Europe and African countries. The Africa Centre offers a range of services and programs to achieve their goals.

Their Community Participation project, for example, focuses on political education and engagement, ensuring that ethnic minorities are actively involved in the political process. Through their Campaign and Advocacy Programme, they promote the positive aspects of Africa and create connections between issues in Africa and those in Ireland and Europe. Their Africa Programme is carried out in collaboration with African Diaspora Experts and focuses on mentorship programs.

The Intercultural Youth Society project brings young people from diverse backgrounds together to discuss issues affecting them. Additionally, the Africa Centre is actively involved in policy-making, conferences, and discussions at both national and international levels. With a focus on community participation, advocacy and campaign, policy and research, and their Africa Programme, the Africa Centre continues to work towards creating a more inclusive and integrated society.
