## Description

Against Malaria is a global charity dedicated to combating malaria, a disease that claims approximately 625,000 lives each year, predominantly affecting children under five and pregnant women. The foundation engages people worldwide in raising vital funds to purchase and distribute long-lasting insecticidal nets (LLINs), which are the most effective means of malaria prevention. With every net costing only US$2.00, the organization has successfully raised over US$781 million, funding nearly 348 million nets that protect over 626 million individuals.

The organization's commitment to transparency is evident in its monitoring processes, ensuring donors can see the exact locations where their contributions are utilized. Additionally, nets can be gifted, with recipients given updates and photos of their distributed nets. Against Malaria not only prioritizes effective solutions against malaria but also involves various stakeholders in fundraising efforts, enhancing community engagement worldwide. With continuous support from donors, volunteers, and partners, Against Malaria aims to eliminate the threat of malaria through sustained prevention and awareness initiatives.
