## Description

INVENY is a private investigation agency based in Lyon, France, founded in 2020 and led by two CNAPS-authorised partners, Paul Cercy and Ilia Alexis. The agency reports handling more than 500 cases and serves individuals, businesses, local authorities, insurance companies and law firms. Its investigations cover family matters, employment and commercial disputes, public-sector assignments, insurance cases, and criminal defence or counter-investigations. Services include gathering evidence, locating people or debtors, checking financial and employment information, identifying suspected fraud or unfair competition, and finding witnesses or verifying alibis. INVENY says its work follows the French legal framework and respects privacy and proportionality. Each assignment can result in a detailed, dated and time-stamped report prepared for use in legal proceedings. The agency offers a free initial discussion and feasibility assessment, with written quotes provided within 24 hours. Field investigations start at €75 excluding tax per hour, while administrative searches are available from a stated package price. INVENY operates throughout the Rhône and can coordinate wider coverage through a partner network.
