## Description

AGESCI, the Association of Italian Catholic Guides and Scouts, is a national scouting organization bringing together around 180,000 members across Italy. Its mission is to help young people grow through scouting and contribute to leaving the world better than they found it. The association offers age-based programs for Lupetti and Coccinelle, children aged 8 to 12; Esploratori and Guide, young people aged 12 to 16; and Rover and Scolte, ages 16 to 21. Adult leaders, known as Capi, support these groups and can take part in leader training.

AGESCI organizes activities, events, camps and educational experiences based on its scouting method and associative values. Its work also includes international relations, civil protection, outdoor and nautical skills, and initiatives focused on justice, peace and nonviolence. Members and the public can access educational resources, documents, magazines, books, uniforms and other scouting materials. The organization also provides practical services and resources, including insurance information, community and campsite facilities, and online tools.
