## Description

Aging In Harmony helps older adults, their families, caregivers, and aging-services professionals navigate difficult conversations and decisions about care and estate matters. Led by Katharina W. Dress, a mediator, facilitator, conflict coach, and trainer, the practice focuses on eldercare conflict resolution and aims to help families communicate effectively, find common ground, and make informed decisions together.

Services include elder care mediation, a voluntary and confidential process in which a neutral mediator supports discussion and collaborative problem-solving; adult family facilitation, which guides groups in gathering information, setting goals, and developing or implementing plans; and conflict coaching to help individuals prepare for challenging conversations. Aging In Harmony also offers communication training and coaching for individuals and organizations working with older adults and their families, including support in managing conflict, listening empathetically, and responding to strong emotions.

Services are available in person or remotely by phone and online. The practice offers a complimentary initial consultation, and its website provides an intake form, eldercare resources, frequently asked questions, and educational materials.
