## Description

Agis Rides The World is a personal cycling and cancer-prevention awareness campaign led by Agis Apostolopoulos. Beginning in London on 31 May 2026, Agis plans to cycle approximately 23,000 kilometres through 41 European countries, sharing stories and bringing communities together in memory of his mother, who died of cancer. The expedition aims to promote a future with greater awareness of cancer prevention and raise funds in aid of the World Cancer Research Fund.

Along the route, Agis meets local people, cooks and explores regional food traditions, joins cycling communities, and takes part in public talks and community events. Its themes are adventure, food and gastronomy, and active living. Through these activities, the campaign shares evidence-based information about how diet, physical activity, body weight, alcohol, breastfeeding, and lifestyle choices relate to cancer prevention.

The site invites individuals to donate, share the campaign, or follow Agis’s journey through its stories and updates.
